MONNA LISA TOSCANO PEC W/WINE
This semi-soft Sheep’s Milk Cheese is produced aged 30-45 days& then completely immersed in Red Wine and then aged an additional 30 days. This “intoxication” procedure occurs every year in the month of October, just after the grape harvest. This process gives the cheese a pleasant perfume with recalls the entire flavor of the wine itself.
