Burrata
Undoubtedly the most luscious cheese of all of Italy. Burrata is mozzarella stuffed with a sweet and creamy mixture of cream and mozzarella curds. Cut open the glistening cheese and this milky goodness with gently flow out. Excellent with tomatoes, fine Extra Virgin olive oil and fresh basil, atop salad with Prosciutto and Italian bread or atop any dish of pasta.
