San Giuliano’s new Casa Manca (meaning “homesick”) Toasted Fregola Sarda is a traditional Sardinian pasta that resembles couscous in their size and shape. However, it’s made with semolina flour and produced according to ancient Mediterranean traditions so it meets the highest of quality standards. It’s often cooked risotto -style like orzotto but it’s also great when added to soups or eaten in a pasta salad.
