Produced in Sassari, Sardinia from 100% Sheep’s Milk, Granglona is produced following the same methods as Parmigiano Reggiano. It has a sweet, milky taste (unique for a sheep’s milk cheese) with notes of toasted nuts and a lovely crunchy texture.
