Irish Salted Butter
Tipperary butter is made with milk from cows grazing on the rich grasses which coat the Irish countryside. The vibrant grass is packed with nutrients and beta-carotene, which gives the butter a striking yellow color and complex flavor. Irish butter also has a higher butterfat content than American butters (82% vs 80% or less), which means it has an ultra creamy, rich flavor. This makes it perfect for baking or patting on toast.
