Fully-cured and ready-to-eat, these wonderfully spiced mini chorizos are infused with sweet and full-flavored Spanish paprika. Slice them up and serve as is, or pan-fry and use as part of rice dishes, folded in omelets, or alongside a tortilla de patatas.
