Pre-Sliced Raclette
Livradois’ beloved Raclette is now available in a pre-sliced, exact weight package. Raclette is a washed-rind cow’s milk cheese with a funky aroma but deliciously buttery, rich flavor (as they say, it’s bark -smell- is worse than it’s bite). Raclette is traditionally served melted on top of boiled potatoes, alongside cornichons and charcuterie. Raclette is so popular the French invented a special tabletop griddle to melt it! No raclette machine? No problem: put the cheese under the broiler and proceed as described above, or use it to top a burger, baked pasta, or a simple slice of toasted bread!
