Prosciutto San Daniele
Prosciutto San Daniele is crafted according to the strict rules of the Consortium of Prosciutto di San Daniele. The pigs are sourced from 10 regions in the central-north of Italy, and are raised following strict guidelines. The prosciutto itself is prepared and cured in San Daniele, a village in Italy’s northern region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It tends to have a bolder flavor and drier texture than Prosciutto di Parma.
