Rulo de Cabra is a beautiful snow-white cheese, crafted with pure goat’s milk from the Murcia region of Spain. It offers up three delicious experiences: a soft and downy rind with hints of mushroom, a creamy, tangy creamline, and a citrusy and chalky interior. Aged for 21 days, its flavor and aroma intensify as it further ripens. Try it on alongside marcona almonds and fig jam, crumbled over salad, baked in quiches, or breaded and pan-fried.
