Piave Stravecchio D.O.P. is a delicious raw cow’s milk cheese from the Veneto Region of Italy. Aged more than 180 days, this piave has a buttery taste and a vibrant fruity flavor with grassy undertones and a kick of sharpness. Excellent as a table cheese or grating cheese or shaved onto arugula salad ! Great served with Red wines (like Barbera, Chianti, etc.).
