Taleggio is a semi-soft, washed rind cheese hailing from the Lombardy region, in Northern Italy. It’s pale orange rind has a fruity, powerful smell – its flavor and aroma is the perfect complement to the sweet and creamy paste it encloses. Wonderful spread on a crusty loaf of bread.
