Tomme de Chevre
Onetik Tomme de Chevre is a pressed cheese made from pasteurized goat’s milk aged for 3 months. The result is a supple textured white paste cheese with smooth, clean and well-balanced flavor and earthy/woodsy/mushroomy aromas . The taste is fine and elegant and it melts in the mouth due to a good balance of salt and fat: a natural goat cheese in all its glory. It pairs well with a Muscadet or a Jurançon.
