Pancetta
Levoni Dry-Cured Pancetta is crafted from the belly of carefully selected Italian pigs, salt, a blend of spices, and Merlot Garda DOP wine. It’s carefully rolled, encased, tied, and aged for eleven weeks. This results in a sweet and delightful flavor, complemented by a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Enjoy it thinly sliced in sandwiches or wrapped around roast chicken, turkey, or baked asparagus. For a different approach, try thicker cuts pan-seared and served with eggs.
