Ubriaco (translation from Italian “drunken”) is also known as Umbriaco & Embriago. It is a wonderful creation made by taking a delicious cow’s milk cheese & immersing it in Cabernet wine! It has a fragrant fruity aroma & a slightly sweet taste with a mildly sharp finish!
