Our Fromage de Meaux is produced in the heart of Brie country, in Seine & Marne according to the traditional “Brie de Meaux” method. The only difference? It is made with pasteurized milk, to allow its entry in the United States. Aged for two months, its snowy, pungent rind reveals a rich and creamy paste reminiscent of mushroom and white truffles. A treat for any brie connoisseur!
