OssauIraty A.O.C 4 Months
Ossau-Iraty is a traditional AOC Sheep’s Milk Cheese from the picturesque mountains of The Pyrenees near the Spanish Border, produced exclusively with milk from Manech and Basco Bearnaise sheep. It has a semi-hard in texture with a brownish-gray rind with an ivory-white, supple and slightly grainy interior that has a creamy and buttery mouth feel. Matured for at least 4 months, Ossau Iraty has herbaceous, nutty, & caramel-like nuances. The perfect additionn to a cheese board, alongside nice bread, and black cherry jam.
