Parmigiano Reggiano Red Cow Wedge
Considered the “mother of Parmigiano Reggiano”, this DOP cheese is made using the milk of Red Cows from Reggio Emilia, Italy. This breed produces a third less of milk than other breeds, but it is higher in protein and butterfat. Aged a minimum of 24 months, which produces a delicate, sweet taste with a pleasant, strong yet delicate aroma. Perfect for grating or eating.
