Serrano Ham – 17 months
Redondo Serrano Ham is a lovely dry-cured ham from the Catalonia region in the northeast corner of the Spain. Aged a minimum of 17 months, it is produced in the ideal microclimate on the rising plateau nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. These hams carry the prestigious logo of the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano, as well as the numbered quality control certification on the label, indicating that it is protected by the European Union Regulation.
